This photo of my brother and I reading in my twin bed was taken sometime in '87, '88 or '89.I remember this was my room when we lived in Freehold, NJ, and we only lived there for about 3 years.
Oh yeah - that's my trombone in the left hand corner. And my brother is sporting some footy pjs.

My goodness!!!! You had the beautiful girly room I had dreamed of having!!! Lucky you!, growing up in such a fabulous room :)
...and I do see little Japanese doll in a glass case.
So we have had met in the past ;)
It's funny. I remember that Japanese doll. I am 99% positive it was left at the house when these people moved out.
We moved into this house when I was in 6th grade (and moved out when I was in 9th grade). The former owners were Japanese, and we had a sweet Japanese style back porch with a cool fountain!
