Everybody say goodbye to my old car (like this red on, only blue), and hello to my new 2006 Saturn Ion 2 (the grey one)!Actually, the grey color might be the color I bought. I don't really like the color at all, but it's the only color they had in stock. They had a cool blue and green color, but not with the features I wanted. The grey car was the only one with out tinted windows. I guess people in Florida like tinted windows. I test drove a blue car with the tint on them, but it felt like I was driving inside a cave. It was so dark!
I'm most excited about my new CD player. My old car had one, but it broke about 4 years ago. I'll miss Mike & Mike in the morning (ESPN radio), but I can listen to my eclectic CD mixes I've made over the years!
The strangest standard feature is a handle in the trunk. It's sole purpose is to be pulled to open the trunk when you are STUCK INSIDE THE TRUNK! I can't see that happening too many times.

Somebody told me the trunk handle is even glow in the dark -- so you can see it when you're locked in there.

YAY, Amber!!! Congratulations!!! =:0D Gray really is not a bad color! I have a car in silver, and I love it! You can't really see the terrible pollen, scratches and dust with gray/silver-tone-cars! ;0) But I always have my headlights on when I drive, yes, even under the bright daylight! Only down side about having a gray/silver car is that it blends right in the scenary (buildings, roads, etc.)... :0l
When I bought my Toyota they told me that the handle is there if you are ever car jacked & stuffed in your trunk you can get away. rIghT like when they're taking my car they're going to pause, TRY to subdue me and stuff me in my trunk. Weird thoughts they're thinking. I like just to think warm fuzzy thoughts like if I ever want to take a nap in my trunk that there's a glow in the dark night light to keep me company!
Is Jonathon gonna fit in the trunk? He's pretty tall!
Congrats on the new car Amber. I too have a grey (pewter it's called) car. Makes a big difference from previously owning a black car.
